They really came through like they promised.

I couldn't get my card info to go through on this site because it kept adding spaces! There was no option to fix those spaces. Is this a scam or just poor management?

I got these budget-friendly Thermal gloves (£6.49 a pair) delivered pretty quickly. They were just what I needed for my community litter pick in North Sheffield. Thirteen folks showed up, and I passed out a few pairs to those who didn’t have any. The frost was still hanging around on the ground. These gloves kept my fingers warm and were tough against thorns without feeling too tight. Overall, a fantastic choice for winter gardening or clearing out scrub land.

I picked up a jacket that claimed to be 100% waterproof. Let me tell ya, it sure ain't.

Their website claims same day or next day shipping, but I placed my order two weeks back and still haven't seen a dispatch email or heard back from them. I’m done with this site, and if I don’t get a reply today, I’m going to dispute the payment through PayPal. My son is out there in the cold because I assured him I’d gotten him a decent coat, and now I feel like I’ve let him down!

Finally got the item on December 22nd. I only heard from them after I opened a PayPal dispute, but honestly, I won’t be coming back here again due to all the trouble. On the bright side, the quality of the item was pretty good.

What a fantastic experience! I got myself a bodywarmer and a custom embroidered sweatshirt. The first item had some updates from the manufacturers, and Workwear reached out with photos, asking if I preferred the new version or a refund. Talk about great personal service! I went with the new one and was super happy with it. As for the second item, it was embroidered exactly how I wanted and done in no time (just a few days), plus the quality is top-notch - both the sweatshirt and the embroidery.

All my calls and emails were responded to promptly and with a lot of respect.

This jacket is of excellent quality. It keeps you warm and is also waterproof.
